Cancellation Policy – Levora India
At Levora, we process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery of our premium bras, lingerie, and intimatewear across India. Please review the following cancellation terms carefully before placing your order.
1. Cancellation Before Dispatch
Orders may be cancelled only before they are processed and dispatched from our warehouse. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
2. How to Request Cancellation
To request cancellation, please email support@levora.in with your order number as soon as possible. Cancellation requests are subject to confirmation from our support team.
3. Cancellation of Dispatched Orders
Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled. In such cases, customers may refer to our Return & Exchange Policy, subject to eligibility conditions.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
Levora reserves the right to restrict or disable Cash on Delivery services for customers who repeatedly cancel orders, refuse delivery, or misuse the service. Verified customers may be required to complete prepaid transactions for future purchases.
5. Refund for Cancelled Orders
If cancellation is approved before dispatch, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Bank processing timelines may vary.
6. Fraud & Misuse Protection
Levora reserves the right to cancel any order in cases of suspected fraudulent activity, pricing errors, stock unavailability, or policy violations. Repeated misuse of cancellation privileges may result in account restrictions.
