At Levora, we are committed to providing premium-quality bras, lingerie, and intimatewear with complete customer satisfaction across India. This policy explains our return, exchange, refund, and hygiene guidelines applicable to all purchases made on Levora.


1. Bra Size Exchange Policy

Your comfort matters to us. If your bra size does not fit as expected, Levora offers a one-time size exchange request within 7 days from delivery.

Exchange Eligibility Conditions

  • Product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Original tags and packaging must remain intact
  • Hygiene seal must not be removed or tampered with
  • No visible signs of wear, stains, perfume, or damage
  • Exchange request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

2. Non-Returnable & Hygiene-Sensitive Products

Due to hygiene and safety regulations applicable to intimatewear products, the following items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • Panties
  • Bra accessories
  • Silicone products
  • Hygiene-sensitive intimatewear products

unless received damaged, defective, or incorrect.


3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

4. Refund Eligibility

  • Damaged product received
  • Manufacturing defect
  • Incorrect item delivered
  • Approved cancellation before dispatch
  • Eligible return approved after inspection

Refund approval is subject to successful quality verification by the Levora team.


5. Refund Processing Timeline

Once approved and inspected, refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds are credited to the original mode of payment. Bank processing timelines may vary depending on the payment provider.


6. Shipping, COD & Promotional Adjustments

Shipping charges, COD fees, convenience fees, and promotional discounts may be adjusted or deducted from the refundable amount wherever applicable.

Refunds are processed only after successful product inspection and approval.


7. Fraud Prevention & Policy Misuse

Levora reserves the right to deny refund or exchange requests in cases involving:

  • Suspected misuse of the policy
  • Fraudulent claims
  • Excessive return activity
  • Returned products failing inspection
  • Unauthorized chargebacks without prior communication

Such actions may result in account restrictions or refusal of future service.
