1. Bra Size Exchange Policy
At Levora, your comfort is our priority. If your bra size does not fit as expected, we offer a one-time size exchange request within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to eligibility conditions.
Exchange Eligibility Conditions:
- Product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Original tags and packaging must remain intact
- Hygiene seal must not be removed or tampered with
- No visible signs of wear, stains, perfume, or damage
- Exchange request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
Levora reserves the right to inspect returned items before approving the exchange. If the product does not meet eligibility criteria, the exchange request may be declined.
2. Hygiene & Panties Policy
Due to strict hygiene and safety standards applicable to intimatewear products, panties and similar hygiene-sensitive items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
This ensures that every Levora customer receives a fresh, unused, and hygienically secure product.
3. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images and order details.
Upon verification, Levora may offer a replacement or refund, as deemed appropriate. Claims submitted beyond the specified timeframe may not be eligible for resolution.
4. Refund Policy
Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days after product inspection.
Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment. Shipping charges, convenience fees, or promotional discounts may be adjusted as per applicable terms.

- Attach relevant images (if required)
